The program provides funding for qualified individuals to hire someone to assist them with their activities of daily living.
Services rendered through Wooden Group Home Help, may be eligible for subsidization of payment, via Medicaid.

Eligibility
Our Services Are Covered by the Three Following Insurance Organizations:
MEDICAID
Home Help services are funded by state funds.
MEDICARE PART B
Visiting physician eligibility along with a nurse, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
PRIVATE PAY
An individual financial assessment is required to determine an in-home caregiver.
